Refund and Cancellation Policy



INVC Wellness Pvt. Ltd, brand INVC – Apna Family Vaccination Centre (“us”, “we”, or “INVC”) is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.invc.co.in on the world wide web as well as the software and applications under name “INVC”.

To receive a refund, customers must be notified at least 24 hours before the start of the vaccination.


Refund and Cancellationpolicies applicable in the following conditions:

a) In the event that, the User has booked a paid vaccination via the Website/app and has not been able to avail the service, User will need to write to us at support@invc.co.in within five (5) days from the occurrence of such event; in which case, the entire amount as mentioned on the Website will be refunded to the User within the next seven (7) business days in the original mode of payment done by the User while booking. In case where the User, does not show up for the appointment, without cancelling the appointment beforehand, the amount will not be refunded;

b) Users will not be entitled for any refunds in cases where, the Practitioner is unable to meet the User at the exact time of the scheduled appointment time and the User is required to wait or choose to not obtain the medical services from the said Practitioner;

c) Users can reschedule their booked appointment up to a maximum of two (2) times before 24 hours of the appointment time by contacting INVC – Apna Family Vaccination Centre support team. Any reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment time would be based on availability of resources and if not available, the appointment will be treated as cancel and the refunds shall be calculated as per clause 8 (1st bullet point)
