Recommended Dosage: Prevnar 20 (Pneumococcal 20-Valent Conjugate Vaccine) is for intramuscular (IM) administration only. Each 0.5-mL dose is to be injected intramuscularly through a sterile needle attached to the supplied pre-filled syringe.

• Children: Administer as a 4-dose immunization series at 2, 4, 6, and 12 through 15 months of age.
• Adults: Administer as a single dose (0.5mL) in adults aged 18 years and older.
